The real estate was renovated in April 2022 and designed to guarantee guests maximum comfort. An energy-saving photovoltaic system and the use of a room management program give host and guests full autonomy as regards gas and electricity. The perimeter walls of the building are made of the characteristic Conero stone that guarantees both a pleasant aesthetic effect and a fresh, dry location even when the external temperatures are very high.

Our three bedrooms are spacious and each one has an en suite bathroom. For the restoration we have used natural materials that blend in well with the surrounding environment. Each room is equipped with an air conditioner, flat-screen TV, mini fridge, desk, hairdryer and complimentary toiletries. Besides the standard electrical sockets, each room is equipped with two USB sockets to easily recharge any devices.

The building can also be rented as two separate apartments or as a whole building. In total a maximum of 13 people can be accommodated. The apartments have got a shared courtyard with tables, beach umbrellas and deck chairs. You can reach the building by car, drop off your luggage and park in the free parking area near the apartments.

Guests are reminded that during their stay no catering or breakfast service is provided. Smoking is forbidden and unfortunately animals are not allowed.
